Enrollment

4-H provides opportunities for both youth and adults.

4-H is open to youth members in grades kindergarten through 13 (one year out of high school).  4-H also has opening for volunteer leaders who wish to help youth grow in 4-H.  If you have questions or for further 4-H information, you can contact us in the Lincoln County UW-Extension Office at (715) 539-1072.

Reenrollment:  An individual who belonged to 4‑H last year will receive a re-enrollment form.  You should double check the information on the form and note any corrections/changes that need to be made next to the printed information.

New Enrollment:  An individual who did not belong to 4‑H in the past year needs to complete a new 4‑H enrollment form.  All enrollments are handled through the individual clubs.  We recommend visiting the clubs you are interested in joining, watching how the club works and meeting the leaders and members of that club.
