Lincoln County Health Department, along with their partners, are inviting the public to participate in the development of a three year community health plan for Lincoln County. This community health plan will set strategies to address health challenges in our communities. Alcohol and drug abuse, mental health, nutrition/healthy foods and oral health were identified as the top health priorities for our county. We will be holding community action planning meetings for each health priority this winter.
Mental Health/AODA Community Action Planning Meetings are scheduled for next week. The agendas are below each date for your reference.
- Tuesday, December 12, 9:00 – 11:00 am, Lincoln County Service Center, Room 257
- Friday, December 15, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, Lincoln County Service Center, Room 257
This is an important step in our community health improvement planning process as it will help provide direction for our prevention efforts over the next 3 years.
Please let Kristin Bath know if you plan to attend at KBath@co.lincoln.wi.us or by calling 715-539-1373.
